Water Storage Planning
Measure the available installation footprint and confirm the tank dimensions, lid access, inlet, outlet and overflow fittings before purchase. A filled 2000L tank carries substantial water weight in addition to the tank itself; an elevated platform or roof support must be assessed for the installed load by a qualified professional.
Safe Installation and Maintenance
Set the tank on a level, continuous support as required by the manufacturer, protect openings from contamination and route the overflow safely. Confirm the product’s material, certification and suitability for drinking-water storage directly from Firstank before using it for potable water. Keep the tank covered and clean it according to the supplied instructions.
