Description
Primero Multi-Seal Elastomeric Waterproofing Empire Blue 20kg is a ready-to-use, water-based elastomeric waterproofing sealant from Primero. It is formulated to seal hairline cracks, nail holes and compatible areas around gutters, downspouts, roof decks and firewalls. This listing is for the specific colour and 20 kg pack shown above.
Coverage and application
The manufacturer indicates about 40–50 m² for one coat or 20–25 m² for two coats for this pack under its published application guide; actual usage depends on substrate texture and losses. Prepare a clean, dry surface, pay attention to corners and cracks, and apply the coats according to the official instructions. Severe non-structural cracks may need the specified reinforcement fabric.
Before ordering, confirm whether your roof deck, wall or balcony needs protective topping, additional coats or a compatible primer. Check Primero Multi-Seal application guidance. Available from SAVG King’s Hardware in Tuguegarao.
