BOYSEN® Rust-Off™ B-330 is a high-performance, lead-free, and chromate-free metal primer designed to provide outstanding rust inhibition. It is ideal for interior and exterior metal surfaces, ensuring long-lasting protection against corrosion.

Surface Preparation:

✔ For All Metal Surfaces:

• Wipe the surface with a rag soaked in BOYSEN® Paint Thinner B-0340 to remove grease, oil, and wax.

✔ For Pre-Painted Galvanized Surfaces (in good condition):

• Lightly sand, then wipe with a clean rag before applying the primer.
• Remove loose paint for a sound surface.

✔ For Corroded Galvanized Surfaces:

• Wire-brush rusted areas, then apply BOYSEN® Metal Etching Solution B-71.
• Let it sit for 10-15 minutes, ensuring all residue is removed.
• Prime immediately after drying to prevent further corrosion.
