Hudson® Timbercoat is a premium, single-component waterborne polyurethane coating designed for wooden floors, furniture, and other wood surfaces. This low-odor, non-yellowing formula provides outstanding flexibility, excellent abrasion resistance, and a refined finish. It is also resistant to common household detergents and chemicals, ensuring durability and long-lasting beauty.

Application Guide:

Surface Preparation:

✔ For new wood surfaces:

• Sand using 80-100 grit sandpaper, then finish with 400 grit for a smooth surface.
• Remove all dust using a vacuum cleaner or dry cloth.

✔ For previously coated floors:

• Ensure the surface is free of wax, oil, or residues.

Application Schedule:

1️⃣ Mix thoroughly before application.
2️⃣ Apply the first coat as a sealer.
3️⃣ Let dry for 1 hour, then lightly sand the surface.
4️⃣ Apply the second coat and allow to dry for another hour.
5️⃣ Lightly sand and apply two or more coats as needed.
6️⃣ Allow 7 days for full curing.

Service Conditions:

⚠ Do not use over alkyd-based wood fillers and stains.
⚠ Wood tannins may affect the final appearance depending on the wood species.
