Description
Bosch tile drill bit, 3 × 90 mm, part 2608900587. For appropriate tile drilling with compatible equipment.
For this Bosch HEX-9 3 × 90mm tile bit (2608900587), confirm the approved drill chuck and tile material. Start carefully without hammer action, using manufacturer-recommended speed and cooling, and protect glazed surfaces from cracking. Check the part number and compatible machine before ordering.
Small-diameter hard ceramic drilling
The Bosch EXPERT HEX-9 HardCeramic bit, part 2608900587, is listed as a 3mm × 90mm variant. Small holes in hard tile require careful alignment and an accessory approved for the tile and tool combination. Check the hex shank fits the drill holder and that the planned fixing requires a 3mm hole.
Avoid tile damage
Use the manufacturer’s recommended drilling speed and any required cooling; do not use hammer mode unless the Bosch instructions explicitly permit it. Support or protect the tile, begin with controlled pressure, and wear eye protection. Check for hidden utilities before drilling tiled walls.
