Door Compatibility
Before ordering, check the existing door bore diameter, backset, door thickness, strike-plate arrangement and latch position. If replacing an older lockset, compare dimensions and finish codes rather than assuming that two keyed locks are interchangeable. Confirm whether the package supplies the latch, strike and keys by checking the box contents.
Installation Guidance
Fit the lockset using its manufacturer’s instructions and test that the latch and locking mechanism operate smoothly before regular use. For shared entrances or security-sensitive doors, use a qualified installer. This product is identified as a keyed-entry set; detailed dimensional and certification specifications should be verified against the product label.
