Die Grinder

Die grinders are useful for compatible metal finishing, deburring and detail grinding with suitably rated burrs or mounted points. Compare models by collet size, rated speed, motor wattage, speed control and the materials approved by the maker. Small grinding bits can have maximum-RPM limits very different from the grinder’s no-load speed.

Before ordering, confirm whether the machine uses a 3mm, 6mm or other collet and what accessories are included. Never mount a burr with an unsupported shank, and do not use cut-off discs unless expressly approved for the exact model. Wear appropriate eye and face protection, keep the workpiece secured and disconnect power before changing attachments.
