PPR Fittings
PPR pipe fittings connect compatible polypropylene random-copolymer plumbing lines for applications approved by their manufacturer. This category includes straight couplings, reducing couplings, elbows and equal tees for routing hot- and cold-water lines. Select fittings by the pipe’s outside diameter, pressure or temperature rating and matching fusion system.
Before ordering, verify the existing pipe material, nominal size and whether a transition fitting is needed for another material or threaded connection. PPR components are generally joined with the appropriate socket-fusion tool following specified heating and cooling times. Avoid using an incompatible adhesive or fitting and follow the maker’s instructions for pressure testing after installation.
