Before ordering
Ask SAVG to confirm the rating plate, sanding-pad measurements and suitable sanding sheets for your material. Regional specifications differ, so the power, voltage and frequency should match the actual unit supplied.
Sanding applications and pad fit
Dong Cheng DSB185 is an orbital sander for manufacturer-approved sanding and surface preparation. Choose paper or abrasive attachment according to the actual backing-pad dimensions and hole pattern, not simply the sander brand. Select coarse or fine grit based on how much material must be removed and the finish required.
Check the exact regional model
Confirm the tool nameplate voltage, operating frequency, pad size and whether a dust bag or extraction connector is supplied. Secure the workpiece and avoid excessive pressure. Use suitable dust collection and respiratory protection when sanding timber, fillers or older coatings.
