BOYSEN® Wallguard™ B-5715 Dirt Resisting Exterior Latex Paint
Product Description: BOYSEN® Wallguard™ B-5715 is a premium dirt-resisting exterior latex paint formulated with 100% acrylic resin. It is specially designed to withstand airborne pollutants, smog, mildew, and dust, making it an ideal choice for industrial areas, highways, and high-rise buildings where maintaining a freshly painted look with minimal maintenance is crucial.

Tinting:
- Accepts BOYSEN® Latex Colors at a maximum level of 1/4 Liter per 4-Liter can.
- Note: B-1466 Hansa Yellow and B-1407 Toluidine Red are not recommended for use with Wallguard.
Thinning & Clean-up:
- Use as supplied. If necessary, thin with a maximum of 1/2 Liter of clean water per 4-Liter can.
- Clean application tools with water immediately after use.
Surface Preparation:
For New Concrete:
- Allow newly constructed concrete to cure for 14-28 days under normal conditions.
- Ensure the surface is dry, clean, and free from oil, grease, dust, and contaminants.
- If necessary, apply BOYSEN® Masonry Neutralizer B-44 (1 part neutralizer to 16 parts water) using a brush or roller.
- Let dry overnight, rinse with water, and allow the surface to dry completely before painting.
- If concrete is cured for over 28 days, neutralization is not required.
For Repainting:
- Remove all loose, flaking, or peeling paint using manual scraping or BOYSEN® Paint and Varnish Remover B-141.
- Wash surfaces thoroughly to remove chemical residues and let them dry.
- For chalky old paint, apply BOYSEN® Chalk Blocker™ B-7304 as a surface conditioner.
- Treat mildew-infested areas with a bleach solution (1 part bleach to 3 parts water), leave for 24 hours, and rinse.

For New Concrete:
- Primer: BOYSEN® Acrytex™ Primer B-1705
- Putty: BOYSEN® Acrytex™ Cast B-1711
- Topcoat: BOYSEN® Wallguard™ B-5715 (2 coats)
For Repainting:
- Topcoat: BOYSEN® Wallguard™ B-5715 (2 coats) on properly prepared surfaces
